I ordered flowers for a friend who lost her mother. I ordered on a Tuesday and had them delivered on Wednesday. The lady called me to ask if it was ok that a few things were going to be different than the picture due to not having the original items. I was so pleased that I was asked if it was ok rather than them just doing it! Very professional and nice people!!! My friend loved them.
